As we approach the busy Christmas period, please don’t forget to plan your consumable orders as soon as possible to ensure the best chance of securing a pre-Christmas delivery. Please note, there will be a limited service from 24th December-2nd January. We encourage you to check your printer ribbon and spares stock in the lead up to Christmas to ensure that you are prepared over the period.

To ensure delivery before Christmas we are advising customers to submit orders by the 2nd December in order to secure stock in full. The last shipping date to ensure delivery before Christmas will be the 19th December*. Whilst we will do all we can to get your order to you by Christmas, due to postal industrial action and severe weather conditions, there may unfortunately be some delays which are beyond our control.

Technical support will be provided to those with the extended support cover, between the hours of 8am and 4pm on the following days: 24th December 2024 and 27-31st December 2024. If you’re interested in discussing our out of hours technical support packages, please get in touch.
